We are looking for an organised individual who is a confident communicator, enjoys organising community fundraising events, including our annual summer fair, and can oversee our collection tins and support our corporate partners.

You may not be doing fundraising at the moment - your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a track record of involvement in your community are much more important to us!

We are rural based so access to a car is essential

Residential Manager 

Coleford, Gloucestershire                                            £30,000 - £34,000

We are looking for a really special Registered Manager who lives our values of individuality, openness, partnership and showing mutual respect.  You will empower vulnerable individuals to enjoy life through flexible personalised support that is tailored to their choices and needs.

Sevenoaks is home to 11 adults with autism spectrum disorders, learning and associated physical disabilities.  You will have full responsibility for the home, supported by HR and H&S advisors, and will work with your colleagues across the charity as part of a supportive wider team who will also value your insight.

You will come to Orchard Trust knowing and understanding this role, have managed a similar service or be an exceptional deputy, and want to make your mark without straying from being a personable, accountable team player and leader. You will be driven by a passion to raise standards and deliver excellent quality service.

Supported Living Worker

The Orchard Trust promotes independence and choice to people that require support in order to live a fulfilling life. Our values and ethos are based on the empowerment of vulnerable individuals to be able to enjoy life through a flexible personalised support that is tailored to the individual's' choice.

We provide daily support within our homes for people with learning and/or physical disabilities. We welcome experience, but this is not essential as a full training package is provided, that includes The Care Certificate, along with the opportunity to progress to HSC Diploma 2 & 3 should you wish to progress your career.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to support Tenants at our Supported Living home in Lydney.  30 hours per week. (Driving essential)  Your role will be varied and will include supporting people to access the community for social outings, shopping, swimming, special events etc, and also in house activities. You will also support people to health related appointments; provide personal care and much much more.

Along with a basic salary from £7.63ph you may also be entitled to a waking night enhancement of £29, and £11.50 for working a bank holiday depending on hours worked, you will also receive the equivalent of the minimum wage per hour for sleep in duties. We offer a Cashback Healthcare Scheme, Life Assurance and a workplace pension.
